Refund Policy

Group Tickets

The Clinical Mastery Pass is sold as a single discounted package. As such, partial refunds are not available if an individual is unable to attend. However, you may transfer their ticket to another person at least 10 days before the event. No fees apply. 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations apply to the entire whole ticket, not individual events. Partial refunds for individual members are not available.
A replacement attendee may be nominated at least 10 days before the event at no additional cost.

• 30+ days before the event: Full refund of the Group Ticket package, or credit towards a future event.
• 14–29 days before the event: 50% refund of the Group Ticket package.
• Less than 14 days before the event: Non-refundable.
