OUR KEYNOTE SPEAKERS
Dr. Scott Wustenberg is the founder and principal practitioner of Advance Rehab Clinics, with expertise in chiropractic neurology, nutrition, and sleep/airway medicine. He studied Biochemistry and Physiology at Auckland University before graduating in the inaugural class of the NZCA School of Chiropractic. In addition to his Chiropractic degree, Scott holds a Master’s in Nutrition Medicine and postgraduate qualifications in environmental medicine. His passion for improving health, shaped by his children’s experiences, drives his research into sleep, airway, and craniofacial development. An international lecturer and author, Scott advocates holistic care, integrating nutrition, lifestyle, and functional medicine to optimise lifelong health.

Pippa van Wijk, BOccThy MOccTher, graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and a Masters in Occupational Therapy in 1999.  She is co-founder of the Brisbane Feeding Clinic and also mentors and supervises graduate therapists in public and private practice in all areas of OT.  She is a clinician first and foremost and is passionate about the link between sleep and daytime functioning in children.

Trevor Chetcuti is a chiropractor and Diplomate of the International Board of Applied Kinesiology, with over two decades of clinical experience exploring the intersection of neurology, metabolic function, and human performance. He is Clinical Director at Spinewise, co-founder of the AK Academy, and currently serves as Chair of ICAK's International Board of Standards and Research. His clinical work has given him a deep interest in the energetic drivers of sleep architecture — particularly how metabolic and neurological changes upstream of sleep affect REM quality and duration.

With a special interest in Craniofacial Pain and Sleep Disorders, and Functional, Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, Dr Manish has also completed a Master’s in Medicine in Sleep Medicine (University of Sydney).Â
Dr Manish has over 25 years of experience in comprehensive restorative and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Karina Patel (BDS, DABCP, DABCDSM, DABDSM) is a dentist with advanced training in craniofacial pain and sleep-related breathing disorders across the USA, UAE, UK, and Australia. A former Director of TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centres in London, Devon, and Dubai, she has treated over 10,000 patients with sleep breathing disorders and chronic pain. At The London Sleep Centre, she collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective care pathways.Â
Now based in Australia, Dr. Patel is Director of SleepWell AU/NZ, an education platform dedicated to advancing awareness, collaboration, and patient outcomes in sleep health across all healthcare disciplines.

Dr Olivia Ly Lesslar is an Australian medical doctor with an expertise in psychoneuroimmunology and longevity medicine. Known as
a “medical Sherlock Holmes,” she is recognised for her ability to synthesise insights across multiple specialties and unravel complex,
multi-systemic conditions that defy conventional diagnostic frameworks.
She is Director of Functional and Longevity Medicine at Cingulum Health in Sydney and Medical Architect and Founding Chief
Medical Officer of Eir Liv, where she designed the clinical framework for a medicalised longevity atelier model. Internationally, she
serves as Founding Chief Clinical and Standards Advisor to Elite Optimal Health Centre in Accra, Ghana, guiding its clinical
standards and institutional development.
Dr Lesslar holds leadership and advisory positions across more than thirty international organisations in neurotechnology, biotechnology, and space medicine, including Human Regenerator (UK), L’evive Labs (Singapore), Sens.ai (Canada), ANI Biome (Croatia), and Oxford Healthspan (UK).
In 2025, she completed a seven-city speaking tour across Australia and New Zealand, presenting her original framework, The Nine Ancient Survival Threats, a psychoneuroimmunological model exploring the evolutionary roots of chronic disease.
She holds academic appointments at Griffith University’s National Centre for Neuroimmunology and Emerging Diseases and at the Geneva College of Longevity Science. Her focus is on advancing integrative, patient-centred models that unite neuroscience, immunology, and systems-level longevity design.

Rosalba developed Integrative Breathing Therapy, a comprehensive system based on her research, and has trained health professionals across physiotherapy, psychology, osteopathy, speech pathology, and integrative medicine. She runs programs including Breath Mind Body, Functional Breathing Retraining, and Healthy Breathing Healthy Child, and is developing her first online certification course in Foundations of Integrative Breathing Therapy.
